Please do not use the access telephone line for non-access related enquiries or sales. The general Box Office line is 01242 572573. If the call does not get answered, please leave a message stating your name, number and a quick overview of how we can help you.

Linking Your Nimbus Access Card

You can link your existing access card to your account by clicking here and filling in the form, this can be filled out by the customer or by someone else on their behalf. If you don't have an account with us already, don't worry, you can do this as part of filling in the form.

You can also register your access card with us over the phone or in person too.

If you don't already have an access card you can apply for one here. You can either apply for a card to use with us only (with no charge), or you can purchase a universal access card from Nimbus (with a small charge).
